Geoff Baer to uncover Chicago at River North meeting

4-Jun-10 Next Tuesdays meeting of the River North Residents Association will feature a presentation by WTTWs Geoff Baer. Baer hosts the Hidden Chicago specials, which the public television station describes as a search of fascinating fragments of Chicagos past and little-known stories behind things we see and use every day.

Baer (above) is also a docent for the Chicago Architecture Foundation.
The June 8 meeting will also include updates from 42nd Ward Alderman Brendan Reilly, 18th District Police Commander Kenneth Angarone, and RNRA leaders. The meeting, which is open to the public, will start at 7:00 p.m., following a reception that begins at 6:00 p.m.
